From beginning to end, my experience with Ben and Seaside was totally professional, smooth, and enjoyable. Their communication was top-notch and super responsive the whole way through. They offered great tips on prepping the site before the delivery, and the crew that showed up for the installation was really impressive. They made what I thought would be a tricky crane situation over a wall seem like a walk in the park. You can tell they know what they're doing. I’d give them a solid 10/10 and recommend them any day. I'm also planning to have them handle annual services and any other hot tub needs that pop up.

Fantastic business, the hot tub is stunning, brought over 200 miles to our place, the team was awesome, they handled a couple of pretty significant problems not related to the tub but managed it all like pros. Once it was set up, they hooked everything up and explained all the essential do’s and don’ts, plus what chemicals to use and all that. Really top-notch service and I can’t express my gratitude enough.

I got the Vegas2. Made the purchase without seeing it first, but Ben was super helpful and really knew his stuff, answering all my questions straight up. Having owned a couple of hot tubs before, I had a clear idea of what I wanted, and we chatted about needing a 32amp supply, among other things. He figured out which model would fit my needs perfectly. The delivery and installation crew were fantastic, nothing was too much trouble for them. They sent the wrong chemical pack, but Ben went out of his way to bring the right one the next day. The tubs are priced competitively. All in all, it was a great experience, and I’d definitely recommend them to anyone.

Placing my order online was a breeze. They were upfront about when to expect delivery and even checked out the spot where the hot tub would be set up. Since we live in a bungalow, getting to the back garden can be tricky.
